Uganda, famously known as the "Pearl of Africa," is home to one of the youngest populations in the world, with over 78% under the age of 35.

The youth are the backbone of the country’s transformation, driving innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, arts, and social change.

Recognizing the need to celebrate and amplify the contributions of young people and the organizations/institutions that support them, Computing Palace Technologies proposes the establishment of the Pearl of Africa Youth Awards (PAYA).
